**Summary**

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing brand and design team within our global marketing and communications department. The role will report into the Brand Manager and is offered on a full time, permanent contract. This role will be homeworking and the location is flexible in the UK, with travel to London from time to time.

The focus of the role will be to support and collaborate with the UK team and international colleagues to develop best in class, on-brand design solutions. The role holder will be able to understand content, brand and business and how to best deliver appealing designs, which represent the brand, to the external and internal audience and clients.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain high design standards for our brands from initial concept to execution
- Present and communicate design concepts and timelines, while ensuring creative development and delivery are aligned to brand needs and musts objectives
- Maintain consistency across multiple brands, across a range of executions and touch points
- Develop and maintain creative and design assets
- Work on a wide range of digital and printed collateral targeting a variety of audiences

Here’s what you would be doing:

- Delivering key graphic assets from concept to completion for a wide range of stakeholders
- Creating digital and printed brochures for our services and products
- Helping manage our internal presentations template system
- Building mock-ups for upcoming websites and other platforms
- Preparing our monthly employee digital magazine
- Supporting our charitable foundation with designs that make a difference
- Work with our internal communications team for intranet assets and a wide variety of internal initiatives
- Keeping all design templates up-to-date and at a high standard with new format additions that reflect the business needs
- Video editing and creation for events, webinars and social media
**Skills & Experience Required**
- A strong level of experience within Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a solid understanding of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent skills in typography and image composition
- Good understanding of print and digital distribution
- Able to follow a project from brief to final artwork
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and organise briefs
- Maintaining brand consistency and quality across all projects
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of Adobe Premier and After effects desirable but not a must
