Creative Producer

The Creative Producer will play an integral part in delivering most of the programme at The Courthouse and across North Yorkshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creativity, but also widening opportunities and access to them. We are particularly keen to hear from you if you have a background in participatory arts, community engagement or co-production. You will join an energetic team who strives for excellence in all they do.

**Annual Salary**: £22,500 - £24,000 per annum

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday. All Rural Arts’ staff undertake occasional weekend and evening work, for which Time Off In Lieu is given.

**Employment type**: Permanent

**Annual Leave**: 24 days. This is not inclusive of Bank Holidays.
