Key Responsibilities include:

- To assist in all areas of the brewing process, including mashing, boiling, fermenting, conditioning, and packaging.
- Help maintain brewing equipment and ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Participate in quality control measures to ensure the highest quality product.
- Assist with inventory management, including raw materials and finished product.
- Learn about brewery operations, including regulatory compliance and safety procedures.
- Effective cleaning of kegs and casks for dispensing our beers.

Role Details:

- 18-month apprenticeship
- Level 4 Apprenticeship
- Successful apprentices will earn a General Certificate in Brewing
- The apprenticeship includes 12 workshops at the international Centre for Brewing Science at the University of Nottingham.
- The course is the HIT Training Brewers Apprenticeship Course
- 40 hours divided between on the job training and off the job training

**Salary**: £13,312.00-£23,795.20 per year
