Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Support senior stylists and management in day-to-day salon activities
- Ensuring a tidy salon & aiding a smooth operation of the salon
- Shampooing & doing treatments on clients to high standard (will be trained)
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience
- Assist at the front desk by welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and managing bookings
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to maintain a professional environment
- Making drinks, keeping a clean environment, helping with kids parties.

- Enthusiasm for learning and developing skills
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Willingness to be mentored by senior staff members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
