We are looking for a confident and experienced payroll administrator to join a team in Truro.

Duties

To support the finance team, reporting to the finance director.
- Help prepare monthly the monthly payroll
- Preparation of any deductions
- Update personnel records for HR and the recruitment advisor
- Process year end P60s
- Monitoring and processing sickness entitlement
- Uploading Payslips onto the portal
- Prepare office letters/ contracts along side the HR director
- Carry out DBS checks on an ad hoc basis
- Ordering and administrator of child care voucher.
- Processing paperwork for leavers, including P45s

**Skills**:

- Minimum of a couple of years experience in a payroll/finance role.
- Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Knowledge of Ifinance would be beneficial, but training can be given.

The role is Monday - Friday 09.00-17.00and is paying £23,360 - £26,000 DOE
- Weekly pay
- Minimum of 29 days holiday ( Pro Rata) per a year
- Easy timesheet submissions via our online portal
- Quick access to Payslips/ Holiday request/ P45/P60 via our online portal
