As Marketing Executive, you will report to the Head of Sponge and be responsible for helping plan and communicate key messages and campaigns to our audiences using a number of different platforms. You will need to decide which marketing ‘tools’ best suit the message you are communicating to achieve set goals. The Marketing Toolbox represents the strategies used to deliver campaigns.

The Marketing Toolbox:

- Social Media Marketing
- Website + SEO
- PPC
- Press and Publications
- Design and print

**About You**
- Creative writing skills and those who enjoy the process of generating exciting content
- Marketing experience (in a similar size role)
- Background of working with online brands (ideal)
- Photography/video skills desirable

**Experience in**:

- Social media platforms for business - Facebook, Istagram, TikTok & Pintrest
- Hootsuite or other social media scheduling tools
- Using content management systems (our websites currently use CraftCMS)
- Creative writing and generating content
- Handling multiple accounts, each with their own brand style, tone and language
- Working with third parties such as designers and journalists

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HOLT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
