As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, coordinate schedules, manage inventory, and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including assigning duties, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly and thoroughly.
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
