**Job summary**:Lyndon House is a Salvation Army Lifehouse located in Ipswich. The centre provides accommodation and support based on individual needs to 39 individuals who are experiencing homelessness.

**Key Responsibilities**:The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a front office environment, including dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries, engaging with clients, staff and external visitors. You will provide assistance with Housing Management functions in the Lifehouse and will often be the first point of contact for everyone accessing the service. The role is also pivotal in ensuring our vision for high quality, outcome focused support services is delivered.
- Knowledge of legislation relating to Health and Safety and Safeguarding of service users/staff
- Experience of managing a front office environment
- Good record keeping and data management skills
- A positive attitude and motivation towards supporting vulnerable clients
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in a range of IT packages including Microsoft
