**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, while respecting the dignity and privacy of each individual.
- Support individuals with their daily activities, including meal preparation, medication assistance, and mobility support.
- Foster positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other team members to create a warm and welcoming environment.
- Observe and report any changes in individuals' conditions or behaviours, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.

**Requirements**:

- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with individuals and their families.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to different care settings.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.34 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
