**We now have an open role for Support Worker for our Priority Childcare and we are looking for people with high quality care to the children and young people we support**.
We are a leading organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to young people who have had childhood trauma, are struggling with mental health or both. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team and make a difference in the lives of these incredible children.

Your compassionate nature will empower these children as they navigate through challenging circumstances. You will guide them on their educational journey, accompanying them to school and providing unwavering support in their everyday endeavours. **A day in the life of working at Priority Childcare includes**:
- Providing high quality care to the children and young people we support;
- Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
- Being a positive role model;
- Promoting independence by supporting a range of social, school and work-based activities;
- Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
- Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
- General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
**You’ll need**:
- A can-do attitude, resilient nature;
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential.
- To hold a current valid driver’s license;
- Compassion and empathy;
- Good communication;
- The ability to work flexibly
- To be reliable.
**In return, we offer**:
- An annual salary of up to£28,535 per annum based on 39 hours per week, and an average of 2 sleep ins per week.
