**A bit about the role**
- Illustrate designs using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Designing UI interface components, wireframes and high-fidelity designs
- Develop prototypes that clearly illustrate how site looks and functions
- Collaborate closely with the digital team to research and identify existing pain points across our digital touchpoints
- Prepare and present designs to UX team, Marketing department and developers
- Assist in gathering user requirements in collaboration with the UX team
- Assist and conduct user research and user testing, analysing insights to improve the user experience
- Act as an Ambassador of the People Values

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Previous experience as a junior UI/UX Designer, or a Digital Designer with experience on websites who is keen to develop a career in UI/UX
- An analytical mind set, who loves to produce solutions to complex problems
- An outstanding attention to detail
- A ‘make it happen’ approach and enjoys a fast pace and dynamic environment
- A ‘push the boundaries’ approach with a desire to learn
- An affinity with our brand and is an authentic ambassador of our people values
