Archive & Maintenance

**Office Angels are currently looking for anArchive & Maintenance Personto join our client, who is based in Mansfield, starting ASAP.**

**This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely successful business, who are seeking someone tobring experience and ideas and promote and build the department.**

**You will need to have a keen eye for detail, great organisation skills and computer literate.**

**Salary: £19,000pa**

**Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM**

**Location: Mansfield**

As the archive & maintenance person, your job will be varied, and your duties will include but not limited to the following-- Maintaining accurate information of archived files, deeds and documents as well as being responsible for the organisation of the archiving system.
- Retrieving files, deeds and documents from storage at various sites using the work van and destruction of files if needed
- Maintaining accurate records of the archive filing system at various sites
- Maintenance around the office including furniture removal and collection and distribution of post
- Any other ad hoc duties to assist around the office when needed
- Maintaining Fire, Health & Safety Regulations, records, risk assessments and providing Fire, Health & Safety Training annually to staff.

Please note heavy lifting is a core part of this job role.

A Full Clean UK Driving Licence is required.
