GAVO supports, facilitates and brokers positive change in the well-being of people and communities through collaborative approaches.

The Health, Social Care and Well-Being Partnership Officer is the first point of contact supporting and building the Health, Social Care and Well-Being Agenda at a local and regional level.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to negotiate and empower. A good understanding of the third sector’s role in Health, Well-Being and Social Care along with knowledge of Health and Social Care policy and the Social Services and Well-being Act 2014 is essential.

An experienced facilitator and team player with good IT skills and a flexible approach, who is able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
