**Office Assistant - Chesterfield - £11.42 per hour
- Temporary**Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a growing manufacturing business in Chesterfield who are looking for a Office Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
As Procurement Assistants you will be responsible for maintaining positive vendor relations, placing and tracking purchase orders, assisting with the managing of inventory levels and keeping track of market trends.
**In Return You will Receive**:

- Weekly pay

**Office Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Office to clear a back log of administration
- Dealing with high volumes of filing
- Updating details
- Heavily involved in a office reorganisation.

**Hours: **32 hours Monday to Thursday
**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience of working with administration
- Good level of IT including Microsoft Outlook
- Strong organisational skills
- There is a lot of manual filling with this role so you would need to be physically fit
- As this is a temporary role you do need to be immediately available.
