Job Title: Apprentice Lettings Administrator

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Lettings Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the property industry and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to the lettings team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements, renewal letters, and other legal documents
- Conducting reference checks and other pre-tenancy procedures
- Coordinating the move-in process for new tenants, including arranging inventory checks and key handovers
- Updating property listings on our website and other online portals
- Learning about the property industry and relevant legislation through training and on-the-job experience

**Requirements**:

- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
- GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/4 or above
- Full UK driving license (desirable but not essential)

As an Apprentice Lettings Administrator, you will receive on-the-job training and support to develop your skills and progress your career in the property industry. In addition, you will have the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification in Property Services.
