HR & Payroll Supervisor

Highly respected company based near Plymouth, Devon are looking to recruit a permanent HR & Payroll Supervisor.

The role will support the MD and Board in providing operational guidance, support and action on all HR employee relations matters. You should have strong employment law knowledge and be able to demonstrate expertise in employee relations. You should be confident,have excellent organisational skills and be a strong team player.

**Main Job Purpose**
- Provide a professional, efficient, confidential and proactive HR support service in conjunction with external HR provider (where appropriate)
- Produce quality work that meets deadlines and is accurate and professionally presented
- Ensure that all returns and reporting are completed accurately & to deadlines
- Advise and support staff on HR/Payroll matters, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Be the first point of contact for HR related enquiries
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
