IAM Engineer / Cyberark / SSPR / RBAC / Biometrics / English / French /Dutch

Location - Brussels Belgium (Onsite/Hybrid)

Rate - €635 per day

Duration - 12 months rolling (Could be 3 year project)

I am lucky enough to be working with a Consultancy who are working in Brussels with a key client, they are looking to hire an IAM Engineer on a contract basis.

IAM Engineer Specification:

- The majority of services is outsourced to MSPs, a good understanding how those work and smooth collaboration is required.
- Cyberark deployment
- Identity manager deployment
- IAM access reviews
- Various UX improvements (SSPR, RBAC, Biometrics)
- MFA tool consolidation
- Windows Hello POC (getting rid of the password)
- Scope of the work
- Maintain central understanding of the Identity & Access Management setup and configurations across our heterogeneous IT landscape
- M365 (AAD, Conditional access)
- AD
- AWS
- Cyberark
- Identity manager (in selection process)
- Closely collaborate with different owners/teams (Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS) across the organization to obtain detailed and updated view on access configurations, maintaining and improving controls to these different platforms
- Maintain, and enhance our Identity Manager (in selection process), its connectors, workflows, templates
- This should include, but is not limited to:

- Perform configuration updates
- Adjust existing and create new connectors, forms, workflows, roles, entitlements, etc.
- Defining and customizing certification/attestation campaigns
- L3 escalation
- Coordinate efforts from our managed services partners for various initiatives and assist with the planning and change management
- Work as part of the Security Operations team to support the IAM manager, Project manager, and Managed service providers. A close, end-to-end follow-up of the solution deployment in respect of the requirements will be needed

- Technical experience - Solid experience with the following tools:

- Powershell
- Excell
- M365 conditional access (MFA, SSPR, Intune)
- Cyberark
- IAM provisioning/Deprovisioning
- SSO (ADFS,...)
- Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- Soft skills
- Team player
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work independently when given a specific task
- Good communication and Influencing skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
- Good-natured, autonomous, open & transparent are considered essential character traits
