The Role
- Working within the workshop environment and reporting to the QA/QC Manager,

You will be responsible for:

- Monitoring all Jobs going through the workshop to include but not limited to record welding numbers, verify material trace numbers, carry out dimensional checking on all fabrications.
- Visual inspection on welding in accordance with relevant standards, training will be provided if necessary.
- Ensuring welding personnel are qualified for tasks being provided in accordance with project requirements.
- ‍Be aware of HSE and environmental issues.

Essentials
- Time served in their profession as a structural fabricator or welder.
- Must have a Proven background in welding and fabrication.
- Must be able to understand Fabrication drawings.
- Understanding of BS EN and AWS welding standards an advantage.
- Be familiar with all welding processes.
- Have a good attention to detail.
- Experience working within the oil and gas industry.
- Weekend availability.

Desirables
- ‍Knowledge of non-destructing testing methods would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
