Marketing Manager

One of my clients based in Wokingham is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager on a 12 Month fixed term contract starting mid to late January 2023 until December 2023 but this may get extended through to March 2024.

A hybrid role, split between home and office working based in Wokingham. Typically, staff are in the office 2-3 days a week, but the person can choose whether to work 4 days at home and 1 day in the office, or 5 days in the office if they prefer.
- Previous experience working for pharmaceutical company.
- Marketing & events experience essential
- Demonstrable experience of successful marketing campaign execution
- Pro-active, confident, resilient, and self-managing
- Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks and multi-task efficiently
- Excellent presentation and organisation skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**

1. **Direct and Promotional Marketing**

Develop and manage direct and promotional marketing strategies and plans which align with the business’ objectives

Management of all marketing campaigns, from strategy, through planning to completion, including articles, mailers, webinars, panel sessions, congresses, events and newsletters

2. **Digital Marketing**

Develop and manage website and social media channel strategies and plans which align with the business’ objectives

Content and design creation for website and social media channels

Ensure SEO best practices

3. **Branding**

Liaise with marketing agency to continue the development and launch of the new website and marketing materials

Ensure marketing materials/campaigns/events align with the brand identity

Champion the brand internally to ensure the company understand the brand identity and its goals and how to align

4. **Events and Webinars**

Develop and manage annual congress, event and webinar schedule and budget

Manage all congress, event and webinar logistics and registrations

Build relationships with congress organisers

Manage new exhibition stand design and build

Produce and manage internal contact list

Review congress attendee lists and identify targets

- **Sponsorship and Advertising**
Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorship and advertising opportunities

- **Pitches**
Create and develop PowerPoint presentations for the company
