Team - Work well as part of the team and other departmental heads within the restaurant to maintain our standard across the restaurant and bar/cafe at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Knowing and explaining the differences in the various products sold
- Ensuring that all guests receive a high-quality service.
- Suggestively selling our menu to guests, thus allowing them to make informed choices when ordering food and drink.
- Using the correct tab & till procedure when processing orders.
- Displaying an attitude of sincerity, professionalism concern when listening to guest complaints, if any.
- Being courteous and understanding with colleagues and guests alike.
- Displaying a responsible and professional attitude when performing all financial aspects of your role
- Understand and implement the company ethos/values.
- Being on time and in the correct uniform for every scheduled shift.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, smoothies, cocktails, etc
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make drinks according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Performing any reasonable task as requested by the Manager on Duty.

Qualifications:

- 2 Years experience in a similar customer service and hospitality role
- Certificate of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- 2 Years experience with bar-tending techniques is a must
- Experience in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 37 per week
