**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant planning policies, guidelines, and regulations to provide accurate advice and recommendations for telecom tower projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders to address concerns, facilitate communication, and negotiate solutions to achieve consensus on telecom tower development projects.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate the suitability of proposed locations for telecom tower installation, considering factors such as visual impact, environmental impact, accessibility, and public safety.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved plans, planning conditions, and relevant regulations throughout the telecom tower development process.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in planning legislation, policies, and guidelines, and ensure that all telecom tower development projects align with the latest requirements.
- Serve as a single point of contact with owners (or their agents) for all required approvals for both new collocation opportunities and existing rooftop tenant modifications.
- Communicate with Tenants/Site Providers to explain contract terms and outcomes of past and present account reconciliations.
- Ad hoc reporting

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Town and Country Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in town and country planning, preferably with exposure to telecom tower development or related infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of local, regional, and national planning policies, regulations, and procedures related to telecom tower development and telecommunications infrastructure.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using relevant planning software, Geographic Information System (GIS) tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, local authorities, and community stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
