**MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT - SALES PLAN**

**INTRO**
To support the delivery of the Merchandising Promotional activity plans for specific categories that align with the overall space layout and merchandising strategy and deliver against category objectives. Support the implementation of accurate customer led builds right first time and review all rebuild activity.
- **ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Boots UK Merchandising team works cross-functionally to deliver Customer, Commercial and Operationally-led planograms, supporting the entire Boots UK Estate. We deliver Strategic, tactical and Seasonal rebuilds to meet the ever changing needs of our Customers and the Market Place in which we operate. The team are technical and merchandising experts who work collaboratively across our department to share learnings, best practices and continuous improvement ideas.
- Support the merchandising Specialist at meetings, anticipate and resolve problems and escalate where necessary
- Creation of planograms to help deliver right first time for our stores.
- Working with our internal stakeholders to ensure all rebuild relevant information is provided on time to the critical path and accurate.
- **WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE**
- Strong team working and collaborative style.Willing and able to lead specific elements and work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills. Able to hold others to account and engage in challenging conversations.
- Great relationship building skills, working with multiple stakeholders across all levels.
- Adaptable and flexible with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of excel would be desirable.
