**Student-Led Wellbeing Projects Coordinator**

We’re looking for someone with the passion for wellbeing and can empower volunteers to create inclusive environments that improve the lives of individuals.

You'll be excited to support our students to engage with wellbeing projects and services, as well as helping student leaders to centre wellbeing in their communities.

You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating wellbeing campaigns and projects including our approach to drug and alcohol harm reduction, mental and sexual health and peer-to-peer support. You will also manage our relationships with external partners delivering these projects and you'll be responsible for ensuring the impact our students need from them.

You'll be responsible for leading our approach to developing and supporting student groups to consider and prioritise the wellbeing of their members, delivering training, mentoring and guidance to student leaders from sports clubs, societies and volunteer projects. You'll be working collaboratively with student leaders to develop training, support and guidance that works for them, with the aim of embedding understanding and expertise within those communities.

Your relationships with student leaders, internal and external stakeholders will be key to enhancing our student wellbeing work and you'll be working to promote projects and services to increase engagement with the student body.
