A unique and exciting position as a Football Scholarship Consultant has become available. We are searching for an ambitious, hardworking and organised individual that is keen to be part of a rapidly expanding business. We have an excellent working environment and any new hire will need to have the relevant experience but also be the correct cultural fit for us.

The role will include:

- Talent ID of players on our football/sports trial events.
- Attending Career Events - Communities, Schools and Colleges
- Recruiting potential players for our college programmes nationally
- Presenting in schools, colleges and grassroots clubs
- Good knowledge of the BTEC College Programme
- Feedback to clients and parents
- Building and maintaining relationships with our partner organisations
- National travel.
- Assisting the Head of Coaches with other tasks as directed.
- Bachelors Degree (Business and Sport majors preferred).
- Experience as a Talent ID, Recruitment, Grassroots clubs and Events
- Extensive football knowledge.
- Full driving licence.
- An excellent work ethic.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to handle many different tasks and maintain high standards.

Desirable:

- Coaching experience.

Required licence or certification:

- Drivers Licence
