Investment Banking Associate or Vice President

Ensuring that tasks are completed and followed up on for themselves and their team without prompting
- General project management
- Authoring of sector research as well as company reports
- Reviewing and reporting on potential leads
- Production of marketing materials for clients such as pitches, reports, presentations, financial analysis, etc
- Taking responsibility for co-managing and managing deals including attending and managing client meetings
- General client management
- Liaison with and management of third-party advisors such as lawyers and accountants
- Providing training and support to juniors, particularly on transaction processes and internal models and tools
- Production of corporate marketing materials such as pitches and conference presentations
- Building sector expertise and a powerful personal network
- Minimum of 5 years of experience from investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or venture capital (preferably at least 3 of these years in investment banking)

- Demonstrable passion for technology through past work experience, personal interests, activity in societies and communities, or other extracurriculars
- Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to connect high-level strategic thinking to the nuances in company’s financials
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
- High degree of maturity working effectively in a distributed team while liaising with members of the wider organisation in Europe, United States and Asia
