Housekeeper (Pt)

**Job Title**:
Housekeeping Staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing of furniture and fixtures
- Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and function rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times
- Restock guest rooms and public areas with amenities and supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including proper use of chemicals and equipment
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
