**Handyperson required for a large new upscale hotel in Edinburgh**

**Perm position**

**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Install, repair, or replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Paint and touch up surfaces as needed
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of work performed

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate tasks when necessary
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry principles
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

**£25,000 per year**

**Full time**

**Rota shifts - morning one week, evenings the following week**
