- Our client are currently seeking a talented Tour Coordinator to join their Manchester team. As a Tour Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and coordinating tours and travel itineraries for valued corporate clients.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing customized travel itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and budgetary constraints.
- Coordinating with vendors, hotels, transportation providers, and tour guides to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
- Assist the Senior touring specialist by managing tour logistics, including accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, and excursion scheduling.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the booking process and during their travels.
- Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of a tour, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and destination knowledge to offer expert advice and recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, especially during peak travel seasons.
