**About you**
You’ll hold a Level 3 Qualification in an engineering and/or manufacturing discipline or a professional industrial qualification within the sector, alongside industrial experience within the engineering or manufacturing sector. Teaching experience is desirable, and you must have a positive approach to work and a willingness to take on new tasks. With excellent IT and communication skills, you’ll be committed to inspiring the next generation of engineers.
