**We are looking to recruit a strong, resilient and confidant Administrator to support the Nasal Flu Vaccinations and Intramuscular Injection project in September for local primary and secondary schools in the Derbyshire & High Peaks area.**
**Offering a great salary of £12.20p/h (equivalent to £23,790 basic), mileage paid back at 45p per mile for travel, full time hours Monday to Friday working hours between 7:30am - 4:30pm, no weekends with full safeguarding and training courses before you start this is a fantastic opportunity to expand on your skillset and gain exposure to work with the NHS and Education.**

**What will you be doing as a Schools Immunisation Administrator?**
What will you be doing?
Collecting the vaccinations and the consent form folder from the main site office between 7:30am and 8:00am to then travel to the assigned school to meet the nurse ready for the vaccination session which runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm
The administrator will be responsible for ensuring the correct child is vaccinated and the consent form has been submitted for this child
Provide reassurance and support to the children about the vaccination
Ensuring all the consent forms and documentation to kept together, organised and signed off correctly once the child has been vaccinated
The administrator will be responsible to return any unused vaccinations back to the main site at the end of the sessions with the working day finishing between 16:00pm and 16:30pm
**What skills and experience will you need as a Schools Immunisation Administrator?**
Have worked in Administration, Education, Site Supervisor for Covid Site or Medical Administration roles
You LOVE working in a fast paced and reactive environment
Enjoy having variety in your role and being part of something important
Are a driver with your own transport
Must be physically fit to pull the vaccination bags on a trolley which can be quite heavy
Can commit to at least 6 weeks temporary work
