**Credit Controller**
**Clapham, London (hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days at home)**
**£29,000 - £32,000 + bonus**

A dynamic and fast growing company based in Clapham is looking for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join its busy credit control team. Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, your duties will include:

- Responsibility for a ledger of approximately 900 live accounts across UK and Ireland
- Credit checking new and existing customers
- Working towards monthly and annual targets including cash collection, reduction of debt and unallocated cash
- Daily banking and cash posting
- Effective investigation and resolution of invoice queries
- Processing and posting twice monthly Direct Debit runs
- Liaising with internal departments including Sales and Customer Services regarding accounts/credit control queries
- Managing and releasing held orders for customers

Skills/Experience required:

- Proven B2B credit control experience
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Team player
- Positive work ethic and hard working
- Ability to communicate effectively (internally and externally) at all levels
