**Plumber multi**

**Location: Slough**

**Salary: £34,000-£36,000**

**The Company**:
**Day to Day**:

- Drain downs
- Pipework
- Gate valves and Stopcocks
- Pipe freeze
- Internal and external blockages
- Plumbing: Tap changes, and minor plumbing repairs, installing and repairing water systems.
- UPVC: Repair of windows and door locks
- Basic carpentry and plumbing work,
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling

**Requirements for a plumber multi (Skills & Qualifications)**:

- Experience in domestic/social housing properties
- Good social skills
- Good customer service
- **NVQ level 2.**:

- Gas qualifications are a bonus
- **DRIVRING LICENSE REQUIRED**:

- **Multi trade experience is required**
