JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000
THE ROLE:
This well-established leading international law firm has an outstanding reputation for dealing with a range of legal services. Due to expansion, the residential property department are now looking to recruit an additional Residential Property Lawyer to assiston all aspects of residential property transactions. You will be expected to advise on several matters including re-mortgages, equity release schemes, leasehold enfranchisement and buy to lets.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Property Lawyer will have a proven track record of handling all aspects of residential property work, a strong awareness for local business development and excellent client care skills. You will be either a Qualified Solicitor, experiencedLegal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and the ability to build and develop on an existing caseload. This position would suit Residential Property Lawyers who possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running.
