**Unqualified Teacher - Worcester - Long Term**

Full time, term time

Starting 27th February 2023 until Easter (potentially until July)

£90 - £110 per day

The Headteacher is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Unqualified Teacher to actively support and motivate students and deliver lesson content during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
- Do you have previous cover supervising experience or a background of working with children? Would you like to develop this by working in a long term role?
- Are you a graduate interested in a rewarding career in teaching? Considering teacher training but would like to gain some paid practical experience?

**For this Unqualified Teacher - Worcester - Long Term position, you will have**:

- Experience of working with young people, preferably within a secondary school or educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to use own initiative as well as working within a team
- The ability to organise and prioritise workload - be proactive and flexible
- An excellent command of the classroom and the skills to maintain positive behaviour
