A long established and market leader in duct cleaning services our client is forever growing and looking for the best talent within their industry. They provide complete high quality compliance solutions to building managers in all aspects of air and waterhygiene as well as kitchen extract fire safety. They have been in business for 40 years and are the only company to be recommended by AXA for their kitchen extract fire safety cleaning working to TR19 standards.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled Kitchen Extract/Ductwork Cleaner to take the next step in their career If successful you will be working for one of the best companies in the industry who put the quality of their work first and upkeep theirhigh standards by continuously investing and training their employees.

Pairs will also be considered for this role as well as trainee technician's, some experience in the industry or a similar role will be beneficial for a trainee but this will depend on the applicants.

**Key Duties and Tasks of a Kitchen Extraction Technician**:

- To take grease readings and clean grease trays.
- To guide mentor and train less experienced member of staff.
- To take before and after pictures of work completed.
- To complete fire damper tests when necessary.
- Ensuring all employees have correct PPE and uniform.
- Deep cleaning of kitchen canopies, filters, and extraction systems.
- To oversee all aspects of kitchen canopy/ductwork cleaning and write reports of work completed.

**Skills & Experience of a Kitchen Extraction Technician**:

- A full UK license is essential for this role and a willingness to travel.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must for the higher salary advertised,
- You must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
- You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ideally you will be trained in confined spaces and to BESA TR-19 standards.
