**Our Company**:
Professional Dosing Solutions is a fast growing and ambitious SME that supply, install and maintain commercial laundry and chemical dosing equipment to care groups nationwide. We are looking for an Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our office team based in Nuneaton.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a part time Purchase Ledger clerk to work within our office based in Nuneaton. The role is for 24 hours a week which can either be done via working 3 days a week or reduced hours over a number of days. This is completely flexible so please ask at the interview stage.

Duties include:

- Processing of purchase invoices and credit notes
- Processing of expenses
- Reconciliation of credit card
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Allocating payments to suppliers
- Dealing with invoice and payment queries
- Maintaining the accuracy of supplier details
- Provide admin support for other team members during busy periods

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £11.80 per hour
