**Job Role**:
- Posting ads based on the recruitment needs of the company
- Reviewing applicants and interviewing prospective staff
- Screening new applicants in accordance with standard BS7858
- Maintaining personnel files and carrying out appraisals with management when due.
- Maintaining meeting schedule with the management team
- Maintaining documents in accordance with the integrated management system.
- Other administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- Previous administrative experience
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Willingness to learn and develop within the company
- Flexible
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,840.00 per year
