**Position Overview**:
As a Trainee Negotiator in sales, you'll embark on a structured training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the fast-paced world of sales. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you'll learn the intricacies of negotiation and sales techniques, preparing you for a rewarding career in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- As a Trainee Negotiator, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients and negotiate sales agreements.
- Utilise your training as a Negotiator to build rapport with clients and understand their needs and preferences.
- Learn to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and negotiate favourable terms for both parties.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe negotiation techniques and best practices in action.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your negotiation skills and sales acumen.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for identifying and targeting potential clients.
- Track and report on your progress as a Trainee Negotiator, receiving feedback and guidance from mentors to support your growth.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience is required for this Trainee Negotiator role. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and motivated to succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for a Trainee Negotiator, as you'll be interacting with clients regularly.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Ambitious and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to excel in a competitive sales environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; additional education or training in sales or negotiation is a plus.
