**Job Title**:Digital Marketing Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

**Location**: Remote / Online with potential travel as required if learners require extra support

**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000

**Type**:Full Time, Permanent

**Criteria**:

- Must hold solid, occupational competency within Digital Marketing.
- Must hold a Level 5 qualification in IT and/or Marketing (or equivalent).
- Hold own Level 2 Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.

**Duties**:

- Train, assess and deliver the Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standards at Level 3 and Marketing Executive Apprenticeship Standards at Level 4 via a blended learning approach (1-1 and group - face-to-face or online sessions).
- Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely assessments / visits (when allowed), quality paperwork and general administration.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.

- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
