Set within the forest environment, the HR team is responsible for the welfare of 1,500 employees, ensuring everyone is given an equal opportunity and that our policies are adhered to. We work closely with all departments, offering support and guidance when required.

**HR ADMINISTRATOR | £12.36 per hour**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our busy HR team. In this role, you will provide all aspects of administrative support across a diverse range of areas, such as HR system data input, sickness absence and recruitment paperwork.

**HOURS OF WORK**

You will be contracted to work 80 hours per 4-week period. This role is based on site and your working hours will typically be between Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. However, flexibility to work evenings and weekends will be required.

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Essential requirements**:

- GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above or equivalent
- Confidentiality and integrity
- Excellent planning, organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, including advanced level user of Excel
- Previous experience working as an Administrator

**Desirable requirements**:

- Previous HR administrative experience
- Certificate in Personnel / HR Practice (CPP / CHRP)
