**The Trainee Customer Consultant role**:
You will be placed on a structured block training programme, working on site alongside our sales team to gain practical experience but with a mixture of virtual and off-site training at the Toyota Academy based at the TME production plant at Burnaston nearDerby.

No previous car sales experience is necessary for this position, but we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is willing to adopt our customer focused attitude and ethics.

**What your day might look like**:
+ Building rapport and qualifying the customer’s requirements
+ Agreeing the details of the sale
+ Coordinating orders and delivery
+ Building the relationship with the customer during and following handover
+ Developing relationships to win new business
+ Working as a full member of the dealership team

+ Have strong communication skills
+ A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed
+ Willingness to learn and listen to instructions
+ Ability to build good relationships with your team and other departments
