Spire Murrayfield is looking to recruit a Supplies Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Spire Murrayfield Hospital is a state-of-the-art private hospital. **Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.**

As Supplies Assistant you will be responsible to co-ordinate the supply of healthcare consumables/products to all departments within the hospital.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Process top-up orders for all departments with departmental input
- Raise requisitions for service/supplies in accordance with hospital processes
- Receive in (manually and via systems) and distribute all other orders received at the hospital
- Support with the resolution of all Accounts Payable queries and liaise with Central Finance where appropriate
- Manual handling and lifting

**Who we're looking for**:

- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Previous experience of working within a supplies department or similar role would be an advantage
- Must be PC literate
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner essential.
