We are recruiting a **Sales Engineer**, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with technical personnel, technical decision makers and influencers in the accounts to drive the business development activities; in addition to:

- Understand the trend in the market related to Fibre & PON networks.
- Meet customers in the field, establish and maintain customer relationship.
- Manage customer relations with technical decision makers.
- Understand customer requirements related to Head-end, access and In-Home networking.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and translate customer requirements into product positioning.
- Represent the company in the highest professional manner, through written and oral communication.
- Effectively communicate product and market requirements to Product Management.
- Support the process of development, implementation and maintenance of account plans.
- Do hands-on support and training at customer locations.

- In depth understanding of networking preferred Firbe & PON, and HFC - Head-End, Access.
- Good understand the customer requirements and mapping these to product positioning.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Good internal alignment with the CTO, PM and Sales management.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English).
- High self-discipline, able and willing to work from remote.
- Driving license.
