Head Housekeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Head Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our hospitality establishment.

**Duties**:

- Oversee and coordinate the cleaning staff's daily tasks to ensure all rooms and public areas are kept clean and tidy
- Train new cleaning staff on cleaning procedures and standards
- Inspect rooms and public areas to guarantee they meet cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role within the hotel industry
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
