Minworth are recruiting for a Operations Team Lead.

**How you will contribute**
- Develop and maintain Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a 'Right First Time' product to the customer.
- Manage manpower in the area to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
- Eliminate safety incidents and external quality defects.
- Coach Team Members daily in order that a common goal is focused upon and that business objectives are met consistently.
- Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items and follow up accordingly.
- Maintain and monitor safe working practices and adhere to the safe working methods and countermeasures implemented.
- Drive a zero-tolerance mind-set for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer
- expectations are exceeded.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist in New Part changes, production trials, model change and pilot build in area of responsibility.
- Other duties as assigned, create control and update all documents.
- Management of all documentation in relation to work element sheets, work instructions, QPS and standard work confirmations.
- Collaborate with JLR teams to ensure adherence to all process's.

**Key Qualifications/Skills Required**
- Experience in leading a team
- Strong IT knowledge - Excel etc
- Ability and flexibility to work rotating or fixed as required and flexibility to change shifts as required
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the business as required
- Willingness to undergo additional training to meet developing and changing business needs
- Previous experience working within a fast paced automotive or logistics-based industry.
- Able to work with a diverse group of people and be a team player.

SAP knowledge and experience.
