My client is the Fastest Growing Kitchen Brand in the UK with a Parent company in Germany that is part of the world’s largest kitchen manufacturer of high quality and world class kitchens, with more than 70 years of experience. Based in the UK, this excitingkitchen manufacturer and retailer currently has over 60 stores across the UK with backing and plans in place to take this to 300. As such, they are looking for a pro-active, flexible professional to join their Senior Management Team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused individual who wants to make a real difference. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Operations, you will be tasked with managing and maintaining IT functions and ensuring the smooth runningof all computer systems and soft-ware across the company.

In order to drive this growing business forward, you will be a self-motivated individual who is comfortable with a 'hands-on’ role but will have the ability to contribute at a strategic level. The role is based in Rochester, Manchester.

**Your role will be varied and challenging and tasks will include -**
- Setting up new users
- Managing Equipment
- Managing and maintaining servers
- Supporting with design software (WINNER)
- Supporting with CRM (Anthill)
- Additional ad hoc assignments from colleagues and managers.
- Support showrooms with CRM (Anthill)
- Additional ad hoc tasks

**To be considered for this role you must**:

- Have previous experience as a IT Manager
- Experience of working with franchises is desirable.
- Have experience of managing and maintings servers.
- Have advanced reporting and MS Office skills, especially using Excel.
- Ideally be proficient with Design Softwares and CRM
- Strong influencing skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
