**Senior Claims Handler and Office Manager Worcester**
As a Senior Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the claims process, taking calls from clients, overseeing the claims process, logging them with insurers, and keeping client information updated at all stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, dealing with queries and making amendments to policies.
- Chase handlers/insurers to keep on top of claims.
- Set up a renewal list for each month and print off a report at the end of the month to ensure no renewals are missed.
- Supplement the office staff’s workload, check their work before it gets posted.
- Line manage the team, coach and mentor as needed.
- Assisting with lower level auto renewals.
- Send invoices/insurer accounts/statements to GRP central accounts for reconciliation.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in claims handling, office management, and client services.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
