The Company

Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys as and when required
- Confirm that products and services sold meet the customers needs and demands
- Validate and sign off paperwork including contracts and order forms
- Process sales for new products and upgrades to existing products
- Manage installation projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues to ensure that products and services are delivered on time
- Keeping customers informed of progress and ensuring expectations are met
- Ordering and managing stock in a timely manner
- Liaise with the technical support department to ensure all equipment required is configured correctly
- Recording all customers' interactions in our CRM systems
- Make changes and update our billing platform
- Ensure the billing system and subsequent customer payments are correct and run smoothly

Person Specification:

- Technical minded
- Good attention to detail
- Background working for a business that offer similar services such as IT services, VoIP, Telecoms would be desired but open to see technical minded people too.
- Ability to use Excel /CRM solutions
