**This position is expected to be 100% onsite.**

**Position Summary**:
This position reports to the Operations Manager based in EMEA. This is a logistics controller’s role with the main responsibilities receiving and distributing fasteners, chemicals, paints and freezer material whilst ensuring agreed service levels are met and exceeding when appropriate.

You will be required to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the Direct Line Feed, liaising with both internal and external customer, procurement and quality teams as required.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing stock levels to build line and ensure stock availability
- Goods receipt of all products for distribution to customer (Collins)
- Running usage and delivery reports as required.
- Communicate to program administrator variations in usages reviewing reasons for variances and address with customer accordingly.
- Logistics support on Collins associated tasks as and when requested.
- Dealing with internal and external queries/complaints.
- Attending monthly business reviews when required.
- Complete 5 S associated activities daily.
- To comply with Boeing Distribution Services mission, values, quality systems, procedures and ISO manual.
- Communicates on a regular basis with Operations Manager and Program Administrator informing of the status of agreed tasks, general information of the site and of any critical problem areas.
- Participates in project groups in Boeing Distribution Services including quarterly team roundtables reporting on any highs and lows, warehouse issues, training requirements, new business opportunities and health and safety issues.
- Identifies opportunities and provides feedback/suggestions for process improvement and overall efficiencies.

**Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)**:

- 1-2 years of related work experience within a similar environment
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Detailed or
- iented, well organized
- Basic Microsoft Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- 2-4 years of related work experience (preferred)
- **Education**: Associate Degree, Certification or related field of studies
