**What you will be doing**

We currently recruiting for a team Field Operations Specialist, your role will be a point of contact with all stakeholders for specific field investigations regarding complex operational problems with our wastewater network, identifying solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is to cover the South London area. You will also be responsible for ensuring that contractors are working safely and in compliance with business Health and safety procedures.

**We’re looking for you to**:

- **Have technical expertise in **Wastewater management or similar industry
- **Take Ownership** of customer queries, being curious to fully understand the query and identify the best solution to resolve it the first time
- Have excellent** time management skills **and be able to** prioritise**:

- Be proficient with** IT systems**:

- **Have excellent communication** and interpersonal skills, to clearly interact with our customers and stakeholders
- Good understanding of the Health and Safety requirements of leading a field-based team
